RETURN TO SPORT

Getting cleared doesn’t always mean you’re ready. That’s where Harbinger Physical Therapy comes in.

Our Return to Sport services are designed to bridge the gap between rehab and full performance–so you don’t just return to your sport, you return stronger, smarter, and more confident than before. 

Whether you’re recovering from an ACL injury, dealing with post-op restrictions, or coming off a nagging overuse issue, I create individualized plans to rebuild strength, restore proper movement patterns, and reduce the risk of re-injury. We’ll work together in a gym-based setting to simulate sport-specific movements and progress you through return-to-play progression that actually makes sense for your goals. 

This isn’t generic rehab or a few banded exercises in a clinic. This is focused, one-on-one work that meets you where you are and pushes you towards where you want to be.
