BARBELL REHAB METHOD

Lifting doesn’t have to stop just because you’re in pain. At Harbinger Physical Therapy, I use the Barbell Rehab Method to help lifters and active adults work through pain without ditching the barbell or stepping away from training. 

Whether you’re dealing with nagging shoulder pain during overhead work, hip discomfort at the bottom of a squat, or low back tightness after deadlifts, this approach is built around keeping you moving and training while we address the root of the issue. 

I combine principles of strength and conditioning with clinical rehab to modify, adapt, and progress your lifts safely–so you don’t lose progress or confidence in the gym. You’ll get individualized programming, hands-on care when needed, and movement coaching that’s specific to your lifts and goals. 

This isn’t a “rest and ice” plan or generic PT exercises you can Google. It’s about bridging the gap between rehab and performance with a plan built around you–not your diagnosis.
